About Simon

Details matter to Simon Eishold. The Echuca-based property valuer has been reading, predicting and projecting the market for more than 30 years now. Some would say he eats, breathes and sleeps it (and they would be right).

With lived experience in catastrophic markets (think recessions, the GFC and coronavirus), interpretation, rationale and analysis are essential tools of Simon’s trade and he knows exactly what it takes to stay liquid and active in the market.

He’s a hands-on practitioner both in his industry and in his teaching work, currently lecturing in property valuation at RMIT. Simon’s vast experience, depth and commitment to total confidentiality are what set him apart from his competitors, and his dedication to seeing his projects succeed is what has earned him his esteemed reputation.

In his personal life, Simon played for Melbourne Football Club in the 1980s, later going on to captain Echuca to a premiership in 1997 in the Goulburn Valley Football League. The drive and determination from his football days have carried over to his valuation work, and his razor sharp focus is what ensures he always achieves the best results for his clients.
