EP Developments is responsible for securing development opportunities for new building and land projects for owner/occupiers and investors. Our various building projects have become the preferred office, retail or industrial accommodation for government, publicly-listed companies and local, private tenancies.

 

EP Developments has been involved in the creation of a property portfolio that exceeds $50m in Shire of Campaspe.

 

EP Developments participates in a variety of different projects, from dual occupancy developments all the way to multi-lot or multi-staged residential and commercial subdivisions. See below for more information on some of our projects.

Our Current Developments


Edge Kyabram

Edge Kyabram is a 210 plus lot subdivision that commenced Quarter 4 2021.  Upon completion the Estate shall be home to over 1,500 people and be the centrepiece of land development for Kyabram.  Edge Kyabram has now released 5 stages with a total of 110 lots offered with over 90% sold. 


Two new stages are being developed in Q2 and Q3 2025 with Titles expected to be available in Q4 2025.  These stages will provide a supply of 36 lots.  The stage completion shall coincide with the development of the parkland retention basin of the Estate and a wonderful large open parkland with landscaping, kick about space and walking trails.

Our Completed Developments


Park View

Our Park View Estate project set new standards for residential development in Echuca. The land featured two hectares of integrated wetlands and open space, which acted as the centre showpiece of the estate. Its 300 residential lots are able to accommodate more than 1,500 people, and we were able to set up the stormwater for capture, storage and reuse in the parkland. Park View’s gross land sales totalled over $40m, and sold out entirely in just five years. We sourced all civil construction services locally for this project.

1 – 16 Alan Charlton Drive Tongala

Alan Charlton Drive was a residential infill project in Tongala that was developed and completely sold out in just two years. The property offered 16 lots, and land sales generated from the project were in excess of $2m.

24 Tyler Street, Echuca

A 3 lot subdivision included a high end townhouse complex of 1 complete townhouse and 2 vacant lots on-sold in central Echuca.

Yakoa Park

Yakoa Natya Park is a 13 lot commercial complex in Echuca. The property offers flexible work space solutions in the form of modern, high quality concrete tilt panel construction. It is ideal for businesses seeking a showroom, warehouse or a storage solution in a well exposed and accessible location of Echuca.
